Right of withdrawal and returns

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you — or a third party designated by you — take physical possession of the product.

How to withdraw Inform us within the period that you wish to withdraw from the contract by means of an unambiguous statement, for example by email to info@bakevia.nl. You may use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page, but this is not mandatory.

Inspecting the product You may unpack and assess the product as you would in a physical shop, to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. If you handle it beyond that, you are liable for any diminished value of the product. Such diminished value may be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Returning the product Return the product within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. Returns are free of charge: contact info@bakevia.nl and we will send you return instructions and a return label. Return address: Innova Home Appliances B.V., Veegtesstraat 39, 5916 PG Venlo, the Netherlands.

Refund We will refund the full purchase amount — including standard shipping costs — within 14 days after you notify us of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back, or until you have demonstrated that you have returned it. The refund is made using the same payment method you used.

Damages and defects Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if a product is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess and resolve it.

Exceptions For hygiene reasons, certain used products cannot be returned, and gift cards cannot be returned. Our mini ovens are not subject to this exception and can be returned within the withdrawal period.

Statutory rights In addition to the right of withdrawal, you have statutory rights: a product must conform to what you may reasonably expect of it. These rights remain fully in force, alongside any manufacturer's warranty.
